Rates
Monthly Rate: $850.00 per month
Daily Rate (Back-In Site): $65 per day
Daily Rate (Pull-Through Site): $70 per day
Electrical: $0.13 kilowatt per hour
Sewer and water included
$200 deposit required. This goes toward your final electricity payment and remaining funds refunded pending the site is left in good condition.

Full hookups with water and sewer, and 30 & 50 amp electric.
Yes!
We have 3 dumpsters down in the park that are picked up Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Yes! We do allow pets. Two (2) pets are included in the rate. Additional pets beyond the first 2 are an additional $25 per month, each.
We have a playground. Kids can also fish, but please make sure they are supervised by an adult. No swimming in the lake please.
No, only small fishing boats are allowed.
Yes. Quiet hours are from 10p-8a.

Credit/debit cards, and cash.
Yes. Guests are allowed to stay for 24 months.
No. Anyone shooting off fireworks will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
No. We recommend getting a hotspot.
Check in is anytime after 3pm, and check out is at noon.
